Press release following the results:

From September 17 to 19, 2024, the 17th international specialized exhibition "Heat Treatment" was held at the Expocentre Fairgrounds. It is a traditional annual meeting place for Russian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers with consumers of heat treatment equipment and technologies.

In 2024, 75 exhibitors from 4 countries (Russia, the Republic of Belarus, China, Turkey) took part in the exhibition. The event was attended by more than 2,380 specialists - representatives of enterprises from various industries.

During the exhibition, the participants held many negotiations with potential customers, established new business contacts, discussed cooperation, promising projects and industry development trends.

The exhibitors presented the latest technological solutions and a wide range of equipment for heat and chemical-heat treatment: industrial furnaces, induction heating systems, heat-resistant equipment, temperature measuring and control devices, heating elements and heating systems, hardening oils, high-temperature refractory thermal insulation, graphite materials and much more.

The following companies demonstrated their products: NAKAL, ALLEYA GRUPP, TALAS-STAL, Metmashexport, Tula-Term, MosZETO, SIMUWU, Magnit M, Ferropribor, Elsit, Termionika, Termokom, STI Crown, RTPK, Beijing Joint Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd and others. The following companies took part in the exhibition for the first time: PromTermoSistema (heating elements, radiant tubes, protection systems, control and management of thermal processes), IMC Group (supply of analytical equipment, testing machines, hydraulic presses for industry and scientific research), Sovkommash (imported industrial equipment with technical support), Dayi Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. (induction equipment), Fonlink Photoelectric (Luoyang) Co., Ltd. (production of special functional materials for protection against thermal fields at ultra-high temperatures, furnaces and semiconductor equipment) and others.

Karbosil presented a wide range of products made of carbon-carbon materials (CCM). One of the areas of the enterprise's activity is the design and production of loading grates made of CCM for vacuum-high-temperature electrothermal units. The company carries out major repairs of thermal zones of vacuum high-temperature units of various companies and manufacturers.

Fengdong introduced atmosphere-controlled furnaces, including chamber furnaces, continuous furnaces, shaft furnaces, and aluminum furnaces. The company also offers vacuum furnaces, induction heating systems, and industrial heating systems without atmospheres.

Plasmamet presented a technology for hardening treatment using ion-plasma nitriding, which the company carries out on its own equipment, including methods such as oxidation and carbonitriding. As a result of the treatment, the surface hardness increases, and the resistance to abrasion and corrosion of the product increases.

GVADIS GROUP - an innovative activity entity of the Belarusian-Chinese Industrial Park "Great Stone" and a manufacturer of industrial heating systems and heat-resistant products of the trade mark "KrosTerm" - presented a line of electric heating elements. This is one of the widest lines on the market, which is applicable to all imported and domestic thermal units, based on compatibility solutions developed with the scientific and technical support of the "Institute of Heat and Mass Transfer named after A.V. Lykov of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus".

TeknoVak manufactures the most modern equipment for thermal and chemical-thermal processing of parts using a protective atmosphere, cryogenic cooling units. The company also offered visitors a comprehensive line based on AGS bell furnaces.

Within the framework of the exhibition, a scientific and practical conference “Innovative Heat Treatment Technologies” was held. The conference was attended by industry experts, technology and equipment developers.

Conference program:

Technical opportunities of hardening treatment by the method of ion nitriding at the unit RK-50

Plasmamet, LLC

Michail Bosyakov, Chief Engineer, candidate of physico-mathematical sciences, assistant professor
