AURORA MASHZAVOD CO., LTD (part of "VCM" GC) is actively developing the direction of project engineering and the supply of equipment for thermal and chemical-thermal treatment of metals.
AURORA MASHZAVOD offers technological solutions for the following tasks:
• heat treatment and surface hardening of steels in a controlled atmosphere;
• heat treatment and surface hardening of steels with high frequency currents;
• heat treatment and surface hardening of steels in vacuum.
Technological solutions for these areas include semi-automated and automated production lines based on multifunctional chamber, rotary, continuous (or pusher type), shaft furnaces, washing machines, tempering furnaces, loading/unloading mechanisms and moving cages, as well as, in case of process requirements, press hardening machines and automation tools.
