The exhibition "Heat Treatment 2025" was held on September 16-18 at VDNH, in Pavilion 57. The exhibitors demonstrated a wide range of modern equipment and materials for thermal, chemical-thermal and thermomechanical processing of metals of all sizes and properties: industrial furnaces, induction systems, new refractories, heating elements, quenching oils, temperature measuring and control devices, heat-resistant equipment and smart thermal insulation materials.

68 key manufacturers from Russia, Belarus, Italy, China, Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Iran took part in the exhibition.

2680 specialists attended the exhibition: representatives of companies, factories, enterprises and scientific-research organizations from various industries: machine-building, metallurgy, automotive, metalworking, aerospace, defense, electric power, mining, instrument engineering, radio engineering and others.

In the framework of the exhibition the conference "Innovative Technologies of Heat Treatment" was held with the participation of industry professionals and experts who shared information on the latest technologies in the field of surface treatment, quenching and application of carbon-carbon composite materials.

Among the regular participants of the exhibition are the companies NAKAL, ACME RUS, TALAS-STAL, Metmashexport, ERSTEVAK, Elsit, Beijing Joint Vacuum Technologies, Volgaterm, Thermodat, Tula-Term, FULCRUM, Fengdong, Intek Analytics, IBM Group, Carbosil, MosZETO, Terminionika, Shanghai Gehang Vacuum Technology Co. Ltd., TeknoVak, Wuxi R-Power Electromechanical Equipment Co. Ltd., Xinghua Tongbu Casting Co. Ltd. and many others.

Some of the companies that took part in the "Heat Treatment":

     Alyaf Kaolin Aras (AKA THERM) is a manufacturer of ceramic fiber materials and thermal insulation solutions for high temperature applications. The main production facilities are located in Iran and Turkey, which makes it possible to produce insulation with high performance characteristics. The products are used in metallurgy, petrochemistry, energy and mechanical engineering. Advanced technologies and expertise are used to create modular insulation that is resistant to high temperatures and aggressive environments. The representative office in Russia is TECHNO RUS LLC, Moscow.
Vacuummash plant is the largest high-tech enterprise in Russia and the EAEU countries, which carries out a full cycle of work including the development, manufacture, and maintenance of vacuum pumps, vacuum equipment, and vacuum components. Plate-rotor vacuum pumps NVR, spiral vacuum pumps NVSP and twin-rotor vacuum pumps NVD manufactured by Vacuummash are included in the register of goods of Russian origin and have acquired the status of "Made in Russia".

Lubrotekna Sagl, an Italian company, designs and supplies machinery, furnaces and tools for metallurgy and heat treatment of steel, aluminum, copper and brass.
Carbotek has been manufacturing products made of graphite and other carbon materials since 1999. The company develops and implements comprehensive technical solutions for high-temperature processes based on modern carbon materials from the world's leading manufacturers. The company's products are used by enterprises of metallurgy, mechanical engineering, chemical, glass industry, as well as physico-chemical laboratories in Russia and the CIS countries.
TESLINE is a Russian developer and manufacturer of HDPE induction equipment with its own production base. The company offers an individual approach to solving technological problems using induction heating with high frequency currents. TESLINE products: modern induction heating installations with a capacity from 20kW to 500kW based on IGBT, automated quenching complexes, inductors of various configurations and purposes, mechanisms for positioning and loading parts into the inductor, closed water cooling stations, HDPE quenching services, induction soldering, heat treatment, hot removal/planting.

POLYTEG MET is a supplier of high-quality hardening media and coolants for mechanical processing to the territory of the Russian Federation. The company is engaged in the supply of high-quality materials for mechanical engineering, metallurgy and forging and pressing production.

PROFTERMO PLANT LLC provides the following types of heat treatment services: hardening, tempering, annealing, carburizing/nitrocarburizing, high-frequency hardening, ion-plasma nitriding, carbonitriding, cryogenic treatment.
The official representative of Project (Serbia) in Russia, Highproject, specializes in the production of industrial equipment for heat treatment of metals and alloys, robotics and automation of production. The company's solutions are in demand in metallurgy, metalworking, food, automotive and aircraft industries.

“Rechitsky Porcelain Factory” specializes in the production of porcelain chemical vessels according to GOST 9147-80, mullite-silica tubes according to TU 4328-031-10768911-2010, porcelain pulp, porcelain molds for the production of rubber gloves.

TED Gas Systems manufactures gas control systems, supplies equipment, and provides services aimed at ensuring the safe use and clean combustion of gas in heating, technology, and energy.
Thermics has been developing and manufacturing industrial and laboratory electric furnaces, as well as highly specialized equipment for a wide range of industrial and energy complex enterprises for more than 35 years. The company has a research and design department, as well as a production base equipped with modern technological equipment.
TERMIN is engaged in industrial engineering, calculation, technical support of projects, assembly and supply of gas and engineering equipment for industrial and municipal energy facilities in Russia. The company develops gas supply systems for heating installations, gas piston stations and technological processes.
