The exhibition "Heat Treatment 2026" was held on September 16 - 18 at VDNH, in Pavilion 57. It is the only event in Russia where the producers, customers, consumers and the experts of the industry meet for the experience exchange, selection of equipment at the individual request, building partnership between the companies from different regions of Russia and foreign countries. 50 exhibitors from Russia, Belarus, China and Turkey participated in the exhibition.
The visitors conducted negotiations directly with the heads of companies, technical specialists, technologies’ developers and saw the exhibits and the equipment samples. The wide range of industrial furnaces, new fireproof, carbon-carbon composite materials, technical liquids, thermal tooling as well as the software for the automation and improvement of the manufacturing processes at the enterprise were presented at the event.
2300 specialists attended the exhibition: representatives of companies, factories, enterprises and scientific-research organizations from various industries: machine-building, metallurgy, automotive, metalworking, aerospace, defense, electric power, mining, instrument engineering, radio engineering and others.
In the framework of the exhibition the conference "Innovative Technologies of Heat Treatment" was held with the participation of industry professionals and experts who shared information on the latest technologies in the field of heat treatment and chemical-heat treatment.
Among the regular participants of the exhibition are the companies NAKAL, ACME RUS, TALAS-STAL, Metmashexport, ERSTEVAK, Elsit, Beijing Joint Vacuum Technologies, Volgaterm, Termodat, Fengdong, Karbosil, MosZETO, Termionika, Shanghai Gehang Vacuum Technology Co. Ltd., TeknoVak, Xinghua Tongbu Casting Co. Ltd. and many others.
Some of the companies took part in the "Heat Treatment" for the first time:
ALBREKHTA presented the services and solutions for surface hardening by means of ion-plasma nitriding (IPN)—applicable to machine components, molds, tooling, process equipment, and shut-off valves—and demonstrated practical results achieved by applying IPN to parts manufactured in series by the company.
At the Electrotechnology Group (IST) booth, visitors could explore a range of induction equipment and discuss tailored solutions for specific heat treatment requirements. The company’s portfolio includes induction melting systems and vacuum furnaces, induction heating units, thyristor and transistor frequency converters, hardening systems, normalizing and annealing units, as well as continuous furnaces for carbon fiber carbonization and graphitization.
GrafitEl-MEZ designs, refurbishes, and upgrades hot zones for high-temperature vacuum systems where temperature stability, component service life, and process purity are critical. The company can design an assembly from scratch, replace unavailable components, restore temperature field uniformity, and ensure stable operation under high thermal and gas-dynamic loads.
ELTERM-S, NPP is a research and production enterprise specializing in the development, manufacture, and commissioning of equipment for the high-frequency induction heating of metals and non-metallic materials. Its product range includes heat treatment systems, induction hardening and heating units, vacuum heating and melting furnaces, as well as mechanization and automation systems.
ThermoVac, a manufacturer and supplier of thermal-vacuum equipment, showcased vacuum drying ovens with operating temperatures up to 400°C and vacuum levels down to 10⁻⁷ Torr, along with custom-designed vacuum chambers and vacuum storage units. The company also supplies a full range of vacuum equipment, including rotary vane, scroll, screw, and turbomolecular pumps, as well as vacuum fittings and valves.
The 20th International Specialized Exhibition "Heat Treatment 2027" will be held in autumn 2027.

16 – 18 сентября на ВДНХ, в Павильоне 57 состоялась ежегодная выставка «Термообработка 2026» - место встречи производителей, заказчиков, потребителей и экспертов отрасли для обмена опытом, подбора термического оборудования под индивидуальный запрос, налаживания кооперации между компаниями из разных регионов нашей страны и зарубежных стран. Участие в выставке приняли 50 компаний из России, Беларуси, Китая и Турции.
Посетители провели переговоры напрямую с руководителями, техническими специалистами, разработчиками технологий и ознакомились с экспонатами и образцами оборудования. На стендах было представлено широкое разнообразие промышленных печей, новейшие огнеупорные изделия, углерод-углеродные композиционные материалы, технические жидкости, термическая оснастка, а также программное обеспечение для автоматизации и совершенствования производственных процессов на предприятии.
Выставку посетило 2300 специалистов - представителей компаний, заводов, предприятий и научно-исследовательских организаций машиностроительной, металлургической, автомобильной, металлообрабатывающей, авиационно-космической, оборонной, электроэнергетической, горнодобывающей, приборостроительной, радиотехнической и других отраслей промышленности.
В рамках деловой программы прошла конференция «Инновационные технологии термообработки», участники которой презентовали новейшие технологические решения и обсудили наиболее актуальные проблемы и практические задачи отрасли.
Впервые в выставке «Термообработка» приняли участие:
ООО «АЛЬБРЕХТА» представили услуги и решения по поверхностному упрочнению методом ионно-плазменного азотирования (ИПА) для деталей машин, штампов, пресс-форм, инструмента, технологической оснастки и запорной арматуры, а также показали практические результаты применения ИПА деталей, серийно выпускаемых предприятием.
На стенде Группы компаний «Электротехнология» (ИСТ) можно было ознакомиться с линейкой индукционного оборудования и обсудить индивидуальный подбор решений под задачи термообработки конкретного производства. В портфеле компании — индукционные плавильные комплексы и вакуумные печи, индукционные нагревательные установки, тиристорные и транзисторные преобразователи частоты, закалочные установки, установки для нормализации и отжига, а также печи проходного типа для карбонизации и графитизации углеродного волокна.
ООО «ГрафитЭл-МЭЗ» проектирует, восстанавливает и модернизирует тепловые зоны для вакуумных высокотемпературных установок, где важны температурная стабильность, ресурс узлов и чистота технологического процесса. Компания может спроектировать узел с нуля, заменить недоступные комплектующие, вернуть равномерность температурного поля и обеспечить устойчивую работу под высокими температурными и газодинамическими нагрузками.
ООО «НПП «ЭЛТЕРМ-С» – научно-производственное предприятие, специалисты которого профессионально занимаются разработкой, изготовлением и вводом в эксплуатацию оборудования для индукционного нагрева металлов и не металлов токами повышенной частоты. Это установки для термообработки, индукционные закалочные и нагревательные установки, печи нагревательные и плавильные вакуумные, средства механизации и автоматизации.
Производитель и поставщик термовакуумного оборудования - ООО «ТермоВак» предложил вниманию посетителей вакуумные сушильные шкафы с рабочей температурой до 400 С и рабочим вакуумом до 10-7 Торр, вакуумные камеры по чертежам заказчика и вакуумные хранилища. Также компания занимается поставкой всего спектра вакуумного оборудования: насосов пластинчато-роторных, спиральных, винтовых, турбомолекулярных и вакуумной арматуры
