Description

ALD offers a broad range of standard and specialized systems for variety of heat treatment tasks: horizontal and vertical single chamber furnaces, double chamber furnaces for flexible application and modular systems for high productivity. A series of processes can be performed in the same furnace. Typical processes carried out in ALD furnaces are thermal and thermo-chemical processes as hardening, annealing, brazing, sintering and vacuum carburizing as well as carbonitriding
